I'm so underwhelmed with Oden. He is like a god to the commentators, but in the two Ohio State games I've watched he has been a non-factor. I actually heard one of the x-coaches they have pontificating say that the refs need to change the way they call the game in order to allow him to play, because he plays at such a higher level. Implying that his play is so far beyond that of any other player, and any of the refs, that it will take an entirely new paradigm just to appreciate him. Wow, what a truck load that was!
But, talk about affecting the matchup, with two ticky-tack fouls in the first, what, 20 seconds, sending Oden to the bench, the refs managed to deflate what promised to be a fun and interesting game.

ok. seriously, there was a ~1 min series of events in that game that completely in which Georgetown got HOSED.
Hibbert's 4th foul was GAY. I watched it again and again. No real reason for the refs to make that call and affect the game like that.
And then the Oden play where they called the blocking foul. CLEARLY a charge (would have been HIS 4th).
Anyway, I am bummed that such a great matchup was so affected by a couple of calls, but I would have really liked to just see them play.
oh yeah, and Florida completely PWNED.
