
What a bizzare
case! If the Supreme Court is going to make what many "experts" are saying could be such a monumental ruling, it seems to me that they could at least select a case where both sides will stipulate as to the facts surrounding the incident. Wow, it makes you wonder what their motivation is. The two sides don't agree as to whether this was a school function, whether the kid was in school, or what the sign actually means. Yet Ken Starr,
the quintessential representative before SCOTUS, has taken on the defense. Am I missing something here?
Update: The justi had some funny comments during the oral argument of the case. I think they are confused about this, too.
