Our freshman class vice president has an interesting case that was just overturned by the 9th circuit court and is expected to eventually go to the Supreme Court. It has caused a whole lot of controversy including some pretty angry student responses here. It's pretty gutsy what he did, although I'm not yet sure how I feel about it...
