So, are the folks in Michigan all a'buzz about the lions this year? I mean, they beat the Bears, but will they actually be good this year? I still can't bring myself to believe....
I don't know a single Lions fan. I think the fans who show up at the stadium are paid stunt-doubles. The organization long ago turned its back on their fans by refusing to hire quality coaches and players. The coach today? I can't even tell you his name. Kitna is no top-tier QB. Running backs? Receivers? All no-names. Football on the cheap.
Oh, but I failed to mention the total elation and joy it brings to have trounced the Bears! If it is their last win of the season, it will have been worth-while. There is nothing so satisfying as a grieving, overwrought Bears fan.

A flash in the pan, I suspect.

Yesterday the Lions that we've grown accustomed to showed up. Now we're back to normal, I think...
